I Am Constantly Being Transfigured

If I have raced with men on foot and they have tired me out, then how can I compete with horses? And if I take to flight in a land of peace where I feel secure, then what will I do when I tread the tangled maze of jungle haunted by lions in the swelling and flooding of the Jordan?
[Adapted from Jeremiah 12:5]

God, help me grow up in every way and in all things into You Who are the Head, even Christ the Messiah, the Anointed One.
[Adapted from Ephesians 4:15]

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right, persevering, and steadfast spirit within me.
[Psalm 51:10]

God, help me not be conformed to this world, fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs, but to be transformed by the entire renewal of my mind - by its new ideals and its new attitude - so that I may prove for myself what is Your good and acceptable and perfect will, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in Your sight for me.
[Adapted from Romans 12:2]

I have really heard Him and been taught by Him. All Truth is in Jesus embodied and personified in Him. I strip myself of my former nature, putting off and discarding my old unrenewed self which characterized my previous manner of life, and I am constantly renewed in the spirit of my mind, having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude. I put on the new nature, the regenerate self, created in God's image - Godlike in true righteousness and holiness.
[Adapted from Ephesians 4:21-24]

I have stripped off my old unregenerate self with its evil practices, and have clothed myself with a new spiritual self, which is ever in the process of being renewed and remolded into fuller and more perfect knowledge upon knowledge after the likeness of Him Who created it.
[Adapted from Colossians 3:9-10]

I am a citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in heaven, and from it also I earnestly and patiently await the coming of my Lord Jesus Christ, my Savior, Who will transform and fashion anew the body of my humiliation to conform to and be like the body of His glory and majesty, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself.
[Adapted from Philippians 3:20-21]

All of us, as with unveiled face, because we continued to behold in the Word of God as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord Who is the Spirit. I am constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another.
[Adapted from 2 Corinthians 3:18]
